What if my print arrives damaged?

The printers are extremely careful to package your print to protect it from moisture, and impact.

However, if the print should be damaged upon arrival, please contact me at contact@wildlifeimmersive.com with pictures and descriptions of the damage, including images of the packaging. I will be in contact with the printer to send out a replacement as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

The printer offers a lifetime guarantee for quality and workmanship of their prints.

If there are any defects with the print, they will send you a replacement or a refund.
